Head of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery also involved with several other hospital sites, Dr. Lessard holds a specialist certificate in plastic surgery and has been practising at the MUHC for over 10 years.


After her training in otorhinolaryngology (ear-nose-throat) and in face and neck surgery at McGill University, she completed her specialization.


She then went on to attend Harvard University for plastic surgery training.


She is extensively trained in all aesthetic/plastic surgical procedures, including post-cancer and post-traumatic reconstructions, as well as microsurgery.


Certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, she has also received a certification from the American College of Surgeons in Chicago.
